M90 parts?

Ok here's the story, I know a local guy selling just the blower of the roush m90 supercharger for a great price. It's just the top portion. Can I buy all the other parts? I've looked online and all I can find is a hardware kit, belts, and the CAI. I know I need injectors, boost a pump, and hoses, but what about all the other pieces? What else do I need and where do I get it?

You do not need a pump boost, you will need lower intake, complete; you will need electric water pump and intercooler; you can make up your hose with 3/4in heater hose, snorkle will have to be found or purchased from Roush, air tube can be aftermarket.

I would suggest going to the roushperformance site and downloading the install directions for your car. You will get a parts list with the instructions, so you can see what needs to be purchased and what can be made up on your own.

Good luck... and make sure the SC is in good working order before spend time and money.

Ok I found instructions and a parts list but how do I buy the parts individually? I looked on roushs website and only found the intercooler. Also I could only find instructions for 07-09 mustang and I have an 06. What's the difference?

The instruction kit is there for the 05. I downloaded it two weeks ago. http://store.roushperformance.com/im...112_manual.pdf

Injectors will be needed too.

I would give their Tech advisors a call 1-800-59-ROUSH for more specific info.

You can also ask for DAN in the Ebay sales division. See if there are any chrome ones still available at the blowout price of 3899.00 complete.

Not worth chasing all these parts individually IMO. Even if you could find them you would probably end up paying as much if not more than a full kit at regular price.

Have you taken a gander at this thread here ( https://themustangsource.com/f669/se...harger-500157/ ) the M122 blower found on the GT500 is a more effcient design and with TVS and Whipple swaps being a somewhat regular upgrade to a GT500 the blowers are popping up with more frequency.

Yes, I seen this and am keeping track of when the conversion kit comes out. What's even better is I got a friend with a Shelby that's looking to upgrade his blower next year so I get his old one!

There seems to be an abundance of GT500 take-off SC kits coming on the market. With that engine being a 5.4, will the intake and blower fit the 4.6? I don't believe the heads are interchangeable, so an intake would not be as well....correct??

The conversion kit just uses the blower from the gt500, it comes with it's own intake
