I have hear many going with Steeda Ultralites, Roush Lowering Springs (Rear only to level off the car), or Eibach/FRPP Springs. I have not put my Eibachs on yet because my car is in storage, but I am very excited to.

Depends, if you can live with a track day suspension like the FRPP kit, its pretty good for a no homework/no brainer suspension, although to make the most of it you need to get a few more items (camber kit, adj rear upper control arm, adjustable panhard rod, rear lower control arm relocation brackets, X5 balljoints, bumpsteer kit, preferably wider summer tires) , however those items are applicable to any suspension kit that alters the suspension geometry by lowering the car.
