it took aproximately 11 hours over 2 days but it is in and it is B-E-A-UTIFUL!. i cannot stresas how much fun the install was. except for a few slipups in the instructions and a few missing bolts that were later found it all went smoothly. It is not a hard job to do, however it is very VERY time consuming and takes a bit of how shall we say, "Creative Thinking" to route some wires and hoses but all in all i would do it again (Torrence ). Kinda lsot the daylight for pics of the completed install but i will psot em tommorow.

Let me jsut say the car runs cooler than before, prolly about an 1/8 of the way on the gauge cooler. the car is a bit noisier because of the 39lbs injectors. The blower to my had no whine with the windows down and you had to lsiten for it with them up. It is very much a sleeper S/C unit as it doesnt give itself away like the centris or the whipple from that video we saw.

The car pulls like there is no tommorow. i stepped on the gas in first and gradually took off. shifted to second and lightly feathered the pedal and i was pushed back into my seat. just feeling that RAW power put the permagrin on my face again. man oh man if you have the means and the money, i highly recommend picking one up.

Thanks for the info. I had been wondering how noisy the KB was since I don't like whine at all and that whipple video sounded like a train horn or something. I know you just got her going, but hopefully you can later make some videos of any dyno runs or WOT on the streets.

Sorry AJC no dyno. I just installed the thing myself yesterday. its only been a few hours lol. i dont plan on dyno anytime soon. the seat of the pants dyno is enough for now. i was at 340hp with the tune/CAI/O/R H and that came to about 289RWHP. Minus the tune and CAI now so its only about 10rwhp over stock before the blower. stock was about 255rwhp SO ADD THE o/r h IM ABOUT 265rwhp. the 8psi adds about 170rwhp. So 265 + 170 = about 435RWHP. thats about 512HP at the engine. Not too shabby.

as for you stang9325, i hate you too... just kidding haha.

Withinavoid, The KB is as quiet as if there was nothing there. But of course when you hit the gas you know its there haha

I agree... the KB is quiet. Here is an in-car video from the track (1/8 mi) with the windows rolled up. You can't hear any blower whine. I had a friend riding with me... notice how the camera smacks his helmet on the launch. hehe
