I wonder what took him from the low 10's to deep into the mid nines, did you find out what he changed on this run as compared to other runs this week?

That's a nice achievement. BUT Can he take that car to the grocery store when the wife wants a gallon of milk. 
What I'll enjoy watching this season is the "Battle of the Turbos"

Dave will have me beat for sure, he won't rest until he smokes us. I know this from his talk during the world finals when he didn't have a car to race and Chalon kept giving him a hard time about his "show car." I imagine the top time will change hands several times this next year.
George the instigator. :P I will never claim to be the fastest. Maybe I shouldn't say never but... 1. I'm not willing to fully cage the car just yet and all the other things that go along with running in the 9's...yet
2. I don't have the most money in this game, and that's all it will take is someone else willing to push the envelope more than I. 3. I have to play catch up on simply driving the car!
Besides, I'm tired of having a nice show car in the driveway.

You know how to get around that, you just tech in and tell them your car runs 12's and then you "put it to the wood" and run a single 9 second pass before you are banned, cage your car and come back.

I intend on getting the motor back in, tranny in, tuned, dynoed, a few track passes, post the results......then get the turbo put on, dynoed, track passes, and posting of the vids!
