Running Pony Emblem from a 1999 Mustang Cobra Grill ( I think) they sell them on Ebay. Drilled holes for the prongs on the back of the emblem.

You can find the "running horse" emblems at many Mustang sites. Try "www.californaimustang.com" and I got mine at "www.johnsmustang.com" where he had quite a few to choose from 1965 fender emblems - though 2004 fender emblems.
