Installed my JLT II intake and tunes.
The install was cake, and the Xcal3 is a sweet little gadget.
I took it for a lap around the block, and I was so excited that I couldnt calm down to notice subtle changes. All I know is that the red line is higher, and this thing spins the wheels like no ones business. It even gets sideways when shifting to second. I'm afraid to see if it'll do it in 3rd.
So yeah, very happy, and the next mod is o/r mid pipe, then buy the rest when I get back from the desert.
Thanks again Doug!

I forgot to take pics of the cai, I'd go snap one real quick, but they are redoing the asphalt in my apartment complex, and my poor baby is parked all the way on the other side. So I'll get some soon!
And I'll have to redo my mod list in notepad, give me a mid or 2 for that

Congratulations...I have the same set up as you from Doug...I installed the 91 Race tune first and was very impressed. Several months later I installed the 93 Race and what a difference in power over the 91 Race. You will feel it pull steady in all rpm ranges. How much power? I spotted my bosses 97 Corvette 1 and a half car lengths and pulled past him in no time...Check it out if you have that tune...
By the way, that does not look correct. Mine is snug with the stopper. See if you can get it in better. As long as there is no air leaks you should be fine. Maybe loosen up the filter and pull it back some?
Take care, Joseph...

Corey,
You'll need to get the clamp a little closer to the throttle body & tighten down quite a bit.
The elbow was difficult to install when new, it will set a little better with time.
Enjoy!

Dude, love your car!! Can't wait until I can get the Bamachips setup (xcal3 and jlt2) on my alloy auto!! If things haven't changed too much, there's a few places out there to give her a good romp!! I was stationed there from '88 to '92 (met my wife there too, gotta love all those colleges!!) Take care out there in the desert, my bro-in-law is leaving Iraq soon after a year in country. He's retiring soon too, if only I had stayed in!! Later!! p.s. Have fun with that hotrod!!!
