I just recently saw two professional race car drivers race a 99 BMW M3 against a 2007 Mustang GT that had, lowering springs, shocks, dampners panhard bar and c&c plates, better tires, stock wheels and cai. Little better brake pads and lines. I believe that the M3 99 is about 240 HP and the Mustang GT with cai is about 315. It was cool to see the Mustang beat the M3. I know, I have driven a 98 M3 two door and it is one of the best handling cars in the world. But what is kinda of cool is that handling by itself does not necessarily win races, a good driver who know how to drive a particular car, etc. What do you guys think? Ger.
