I need help.....

No seriously, help.... lots....

This whole car mod thing is an addiction. I can't get enough.

I have ordered rims last week, tires this week and i'm thinking where am I going to get my next fix.

I found it in San Diego at JBA, a Steeda Intake and Steeda intake high flow elbow. Knowing it needed a "tune" (more money).

Is there no end to this addiction?

What are the odds of an AA for guys addicted to cars?

My last "modded car" cost me in the area of 16k just in go-fast parts.

Anyway thanks for listening.... I'm going back to bed now.

16K? Sounds like it was a nice ride. I would like to see what 16K will look like on "this" one.

TOOL ROCKS! No cure indeed. I just kinda started and I know that it adds up fast. I've owned numerous vehicles and aside from the basic personalization items the mods were insignificant. Something about these Stangs, maybe the retro look, that you just want pump $$$ into...

Here we go again...a modder in denial. You could ween yourself off the mods with some less inexpensive items.Work your way to a key chain, then maybe you'll feel better or worse. When you start dreaming of little pink elephants I'm pretty sure withdrawl would be kicking in,it would just a matter of time after that before the cycle starts all over again....

There is a cure for the addiction. Just let your wife know about every aftermarket part that you buy for your car and be sure and show her the invoice for how you paid.

My recommendation would be to join a local mustang club. It will not hrlp the addiction, but you can feel better knowing you are not alone.

I've still got a chin spoiler, window louvers, supercharger, and dvd/nav on the list then i'll be done. All I planned on getting when I first got this thing was wheels, new sound system, and new mufflers I blame it all on this site. You could try only using cash if you use credit, that hold's me back a little

That only works for old farts who have consciences..... Just kiddin' Rich!!

I do like the idea of joining a local club though- I joined one over a year ago and its kinda like having a support group; similar to you folks on this site but only face-to-face instead of computer to computer.
