I can't win.... Any ideas?

After I solve one noise another always seems to pop up. I just installed rear lower control arm relocation brackets and now have a popping noise in what I believe is the front end but could be mid point somewhere as well. It sounds like something binding then "popping" into place. It does it while turning over bumps and pretty sure it did it a couple times while jacking it up. I have Eibach prokit springs with tokico hp struts and UMI relocation brackets. I really can't see how the brackets could be related and thinking it may just be a coincidence that it happened after I installed them. I am leaning to new camber plates but just wondering if any of you have other ideas? For example would camber plates pop while jacking it up? And when jacking it sounded mid car yet when driving it feels like front.

Thanks!

ball joints?? I don't think camber plates would cause or fix your problem.

I checked the ball joints and they seem tight.

My sway bar connecting rod on the front strut came loose a couple times after I installed my d specs.

Do you still have OEM upper strut mounts , they're prone to make a popping sound when they go bad ...

Yeah I still have the OEM mounts. Think I will start with those.

If you lowered and reused the OEM mounts, that's your problem

Yeah that's what I am thinking. I will check my end links first to be safe and make sure they are tight.

My passenger side end link was loose. Added some locktite to both sides and the noise is gone.

Thanks for the help!

From what I can tell you can't really get the thing as tight as Ford wants. I mean who uses a 8mm fastener on a 80ft/lb connection? I got mine as tight as I could and used blue loctite. Also marked the thing so if it changes I can see them quickly.
