Hurst shifter
#21
I have had mine for a month, and I dont really notice the noise difference. and I dont really notice a vibration difference either..... but the metal part of the handle does get warm after driving for a while..... but that is nice in cold weather... i hold it and it warms my hand up.

I was totally amazed at the difference! I also felt the stock one is a bit sloppy, but didn't realize how much until I tried this one....wow!!

Hey good morning Tom. I read your post and was wondering a few things for I'm tempted to order one too. I've heard and read many things on this subject but never really tried one to feel the difference. Would sure be great if we could get together this spring. This way I could see for myself.
After all, Watertown is only a 3 hour drive from my home.
For now, enjoy it and any comment will be appreciated.
Have a good one,
John

Hey Tom, you said you put the offset to the pass side. You just ordered yours recently so I am assuming you have the updated instructions to put the offset to the drivers side...what gives?

Hey Dave,
I just went out to the shop and dug out the instructions that came with it. They say put the offset to the passenger side. I don't know if I got a shifter that had been in stock for a while, or if Hurst changed the instructions after I got mine.
