Hi, I was wondering about how soon after taking delivery of my 2005 Mustang GT that I should do the modifications I want to do (exhaust, etc...)? Should there be a breaking in period...

 

You can mod whenever you feel like it.

 

B) It starts depreciating as soon as you drive it off the lot. Why wait?

 

I was considering getting the SCT tuner or whatever it is called, with a tune, and changing the program before I leave the lot. But, the car will be filled with regular, and if I get a tune, it will be for premium.

 

I'm just waiting for my VIN and build date, then I'm ordering all my stuff. I've got a list, then I'm taking a week off after it gets here and do mods then drive the s*^$ out of it!

 

When I picked mine up, the manager said he sold one before me and the guy drove it straight to a place to get mods done. He didn't even go home first.
