How to my exhaust deeper?

I currently only have mac mufflers and they are starting to sound real airy. Is there anything I can do (headers, any combo of pipes, etc) to make it sound deeper? If at all possible, I really dont want to go the o/r route.

what else does that include? Do all prochambers remove the cats? I really want to stay legal, plus I want to keep my tips clean.

No, you can get prochambers that remove the cats and have o/r legs or ones that hook up to your stock cats. The ones that hook up to the stock cats require you to cut your original h pipe. I bought my prochamber used and bought a set of hi flow cats. With the o/r pipe I got some raspyness about 1800 rpm that drove me nuts, so I installed the hi flow cats between the down pipes and the prochamber.

I just ordered the Mac high-flow catted prochamber from Lightning Force Performance. Here's the direct link from their webpage.

Here is the direct fit prochamber that runs to stock cats.

And as seen a few links down, here is the HiFlo Catted one (Although I was told they had a shortage making these because they had a problem with their cats?)

Thanks for the link! I really appreciate it.
It wasn't a joke.I'm really having to stay in these days.I can only attend night cruize-ins.I haven't really kept up with some of the new stuff coming out for s-197's.I've been in and out of the hospital for this stupid skin cancer.
I know its old tech equipment on the sn Stangs but hearing the pro-chamber on these videos is a big help.I have a pair of Buliitt axle backs and I think the pro-chamber would really improve the exhaust note.

Im running the prochamber. Originally had it O/R but didn't like the raspiness. I got some hi flow cats off the net and it quieted down alot. I ended up parially gutting the cats and really love the sound now. I will try to get a clip this weekend.

Im not really sure, haha. Heard from a lot of people that the catalytic convertor company that Mac used for their prochambers had problems with production or went out of business or something along those lines and that was a big reason they had to start offering Off Road Prochambers for a brief period of time.

Im sure someone can ellaborate upon this, as I do not have the Whole story.

Aw ****, Im sorry to hear that man!

But I definitely agree the Prochamber will WAKE the exhaust system up--However the effect will be multiplied by 10 if you go with a set of HiFlo cats welded in by a trusted Shop. (I would recommend the Pypes HiFlo Cats)

Matt, I finally got the entire story from MAC performance. It seems that MAC had a falling out with CATCO, who designed their catalytic converters.

Apparently CATCO expected MAC to pay for expenses associated with providing warranty coverage for their catalytic converters.

From my understanding, when MAC refused to pay CATCO in order to provide warranty coverage for their converters. MAC had then decided that they'll no longer honor warranty coverage, for another company's product.

So the decision was then made to discontinue the catted Prochamber, until at least MAC comes out with their own Catalytic Converters !
