How to load a file from Live Load
It may have been done before, but I could not find it.
Step one,
Download your tune and save it to a folder, if you got it emailed to you , same same.
Get your x cal out
Attachment 7444
Go to your printer cable
Attachment 7445
Remove the usb cable
Attachment 7446
Attach the cable to the X cal to the port shown
Attachment 7447
This activates the X Cal
Attachment 7448
This step must be done before you try to click on your Live Load Icon on your desktop.

Step 2
Click on on your Live Load icon and it brings up this screen. Note only do this after you have connected your x cal.
Attachment 7449
Click on Browse to go to your file folder with the emailed tune in it.
Attachment 7450
Choose which tune you wish to replace of the 3 that you already has loaded. This will copy the new tune over it.
Attachment 7452
You need to change the name on the tune.
Attachment 7454
click on Add File. This will begin the process of deleting the old file and adding the new one in its place.
Attachment 7455
Your X cal will also show the tune being uploaded.
Attachment 7456
Once complete, your computer screen will tell you your done.
Attachment 7457
All is next is unplug your x cal and x out your program.
Now you can load your program in the car when you are ready.
This tune I loaded will modify the car to run with the new SLP LT headers on a 93 octane tune.
Most of this is easy once you are started. Just though I would add my .02 to it.

He used to provide free updates... not sure if he still does, though.

Thanks for the write-up!
I'm sure to get a file e-mailed to me eventually, so this tutorial will come in handy.

I had to change the name of the tune doug sent me. it ended with a .jlt and live load would not pick it up, so I changed it to .ll3 and it loaded fine.
I will see if it loads fine in the car after I get back from installing the headers.
