How to get a stock 4.6 to 400hp naturally?

I can imagine if he had a bigger cam he would be in the 400's easy.

400 BHP will cost you about $2200 dollars and the mods to get you there are as follows:

CAI/SCT TUNER
NSR CAMS
LT HEADERS
CMDP's
UDP's
EWP
TB

The first 3 items including a CAI will put you over $1700.....let alone the rest of the list.

Electric water pump, good for 5-10hp like pulleys supposedly.

That'll get you mid 300's. Gears don't need to be on the list, aluminum drive shaft should be. To approach 400 NA on the stock bottom end, heads will be a necessity.
