I still haven't gotten that missing bolt I asked about in this same forum, but I cannot help but think that is the reason my 1 tip won't align perfectly. I have a hanger bolt missing on the drivers' side, and that tip is a bit out of alignment. If I could just rotate the whole assembly slightly clockwise, it would probably do it.

Loosen up your midpipe/flowtube connection and adjust from there. Thats the easiest way ive found to get alot of adjustment in the exhaust.

Are you talking the clamps where you bolt the exhaust onto the midpipe or further back?

I didn't think there was any adjustability to the midpipe since it kind of snapps into place instead of tightening via clamp. I took mine to a muffler shop and their recommendation was to install a new 'joint' or coupling sleeve to allow adjustability. So, if someone knows how to adjust the midpipe please advise this dummy on how to do it right!
Thanks,
Dave

I installed stingers (M-5230-5GT ) on my 2006 GT and all I did to adjust the alignment was loosen the midpipe bolts while a buddy adjusted the exhaust tips. Once he said they were dead on center i tightened up the midpipe again---it should take about 2 minutes

From: Tornado Alley
Loosen the bolts between the mufflers and the over axle-pipe then the bolts to the rear of the H-Pipe.
[attachmentid=47905]
Align the tips, tighten the clamps by the h-pipe then the clamps at the over axle-pipe.
