I heard rumors about a new 1/8-mile track in Perris, CA awhile back, but then last week I met someone who goes there. I did some digging and found the website:
The Strip at The PAS (Perris Auto Speedway). Looks like they run every Friday night (with a couple weeks off over the holidays). I am going there tonight to check it out.

My little brother has been telling me about it. I was curious but never checked it out. I wonder how many ricers from the Temecula area are going to be there. Well tell me how it goes Don. Thanks for reminding me too. I would go tonight but I promised my G/F that we would go to dinner tonight and check out Christmas Lights. Thanks for the tip Don. Talk to you later. That booty shot of the girls is everything you said it was. Lol! later man.

Yep... I'll post my impressions of the track later this weekend. Can't be any more ricers than what I see at the Q...

Well, the wife and I went to this track last night, and let's just say we probably won't go back anytime soon. For a 140-mile roundtrip drive for us, it wasn't worth it.

Track prep wasn't great (right lane really sucked), the Christmas Tree was bizarre (top pre-stage bulbs were always on, and the tree was about 10 feet in front of the car), the 60-foot timer was way off (more like 50-feet), the track was bumpy, and the shut down run-out was very short (not very safe... I saw at least two cars do 180s trying to stop)

Two thumbs down... :notnice: :notnice:

Yea, it's too bad it isn't a better facility, it would be nice to have another option.
