Help with mods

I came into a bit of bonus money at work and since my car is already going into the shop for some visual mods, I thought, why not get some performance mods as well. So here's what I was thinking. Long tube headers, crossover off road x-pipe, and a C&L Racer intake with tuner. Now, since I have a few mechanic buddies and dyno access, I'm really not worried about the canned tune.

My questions are: What kinds of gains should I see? (taking into account that I have the FRPP Stingers on the car already)

Will it be worth the money?

Are there more effective mods I can do to the car spending around the same amount of money? Thanks.

Yeah that would be worth the money but you should be worried about the canned tune. The difference is night and day between a canned tune and getting it from a tuner. You should get about 40 hp out of all that.
