I've searched the exhaust thread without finding answers to my question. So here it is.
I have an 05 GT, manual, steeda CAI, SCTII, FRPP axle backs (stingers).

1- I'd like to know if there's anyone with that set-up who also has headers and what brand?

2- Will shorty headers add torque/Hp

3- Any benefits or downside I should know regarding headers?

Thanks in advance. Any input will be greatly appreciated.

 

I have a simialr setup except an 06 with Steeda UDP's, C&L CAI and Predator with the FRPP ceramic shorty's. Not sure if the headers added any torque - I doubt it, but maybe 2-4 hp on the top end. In the end shorty's may not be worth the work.

Forget the shorties...go with Longtubes for a serious improvement in power, sound, and flow.
