Granatelli CAI, does Bamachips have a tune?

I know I could just email Doug, but if the answer is yes, I figured I would get some opinions. I currently have the K&N and am thinking of switching. Been reading great things about the Granatelli, I know it doesn't require a tune, but I already have the tuner and such from Doug, so wondering if he has created a set of tunes for this new CAI.

Yours is about the third thread started in the last week asking this exact same question. One of threads I think was Brenspeed instead of Bamatunes but anyways, none of the tuners has a Granatelli CAI because they are on backorder.

Personally since nobody is able to produce a before and after dyno with the GMS CAI and everyone still says they want a custom tune to get rid of throttle lag I think I am going to go with a JLT2 + Xcal2 from bamachips, not that you asked though.

I've also inquired about this and was informed, "NO". Doug would actually need the CAI for the tune. I actually have the GMS CAI and it is a great product. I'm waiting on their Fuego tuner scheduled for release in three weeks.

I have seen an independent dyno on another forum with roughly 20HP peak and 13 ft/lb torque with just the GMS CAI.

Thanks for the info, didn't see other posts on the topic, just the ones about the intake itself. If I do swap intakes it probably won't be til spring since its getting close to putting the stang in the garage for the winter anyways. I'm sure by then there will be more info about possible tunes.
