Took my car to the NMCA World Finals this weekend. Sondra Leslie was driving it for some practice. She'll be driving the car all next year in NMRA Super Stang. This is her 10th pass EVER down the dragstrip!

Car has a stock shortblock, Livernois heads, custom cams, Techco Supercharger @ 9 psi, full exhaust and a torque converter. Suspension is bone stock except FRPP lowering springs and trans is stock. Can't wait to take it down the track myself now!

Wow! Very nice! I know if I had a nasty car like that my a$$ would be behind the wheel.

 

I drive it also. But I'll have my race car ready for next year so I won't be able to drive both.

 

Hey if you ever come to VA I'd drive it around for you. Hell i'll even chauffeur you!

 

Too late! It's Sondra's car now. And something tells me she's takes better winning circle pictures than you. lol

We'll be at MIR in a few weeks but I don't think we are bringing my car. We'll be at the Import vs. Domestic race.

Well if I were the judge I'd say Ken your a lucky man and its always impressive to see a lady that can drive. Just for entertainment I thought I'd throw up a picture I like from my college roomates wedding.

Coming up to a red light and there were 2 left hand turn lanes. I was in the right and there were a ton of cars and none in the left. I was gonna change lanes and at the last second someone came flying up that lane and the person in front of me stopped. Barely even hit the brakes. At least I can get that bumper and grill I was wanting!

 

I'd say you probably have a better shot at the car. lll
