Come on Tom! Throw a couple of white stripes over the top, add an S/C to bring it up to a staggering 103hp and it could be your grocery getter! lol

Oh yeah, it has no room either...

Only if you don't love your daughter and want her to be gravely injured the first time she or someone else isn't paying attention while driving and causes an accident.

What happened to the days of cars made completely of steel that you could run into each other at 10 mph each and have nothing but minor scratches!

I have to agree with the blower idea...

Yeah, I like Smart Cars, and they work really well in Europe, and talk about easy to parallel park! But unfortunately, you have to face the world you live in, in this case, a country filled with folks with 6 ton SUV's. Not such a great result when a smart car collides with a Tahoe or an Excursion.

Of course, with gas going the way it is, the Smart Car will be a lot more popular. Also, people said the same thing about the safety of a Mini, and I understand those have a great safety record.

It has more protection than the scooter that she wants, (just barely). You can be injured or killed no matter what you drive by someone who is not paying attention. And my love for my daughter is not yours to question.
