frpp h.o.whipple kit and long tube headers

will the frpp whipple h.o. kit work on a mustang with long tube headers installed?i know their tune is designed for stock manifolds and just wondered if it may compensate for them>

Should not be an issue, get a custom tune.

Regardless, with the supercharger you should probably get a dyno tune to be safe.

You will need a custom tune. Couldn't hurt to get one anyway even without the headers.

Where are you located?

Yes, it will work... and work great. Have a reliable shop custom tune for it so you don't have any hesitation and cold start issues. As well they will make sure all temp. settings and o2 settings as well as air fuel are optimized. We're located in Philadelphia, if that helps you at all...
