I have a stock 2008 GT and am wanting to get the FRPP cams this spring. If I get these installed am I going to have to get any other parts to modify the car? Or will they be fine in the car without having to buy all other kinds of stuff with them? I also want Hooker long tubes and new exhaust system.

 

Welcome to TMS glad to have ya aboard. I believe you can just do the cams but if you don't have a intake and tuner I would go that rount first.

Jlt is the best bang for your buck Cai. The c&l racer is great also but a bit pricey. After the cams go in definately get tuned.

 

Tuner is first. Then bolt on all your mods then a dyno tune. Fun city

 

CAI+ Tune package from americanmuscle.com is pretty good deal with free tunes for life ... cams get from cj pony parts during a big sale weekend and if you sign up to there website you get a 5% discount code ...I have a JLT 110 MM CAI kit and its pretty nice. I liked it better then the FRPP CAI
