Ford Intake Engine Cover with BBK TB?

Ford Intake Engine Cover with BBK TB?
I am interested in installing one of those "Powered By Ford" Engine Intake Cover but I have a BBK 1763 Throttle Body installed. Will it fit? Anyone have one of these installed with a BBK?
