I'm strongly considering these mufflers but the sound clips sound kind of ricey, and not as deep as the stock.

They are most definitely NOT ricey!!

I have had them for a year and a half now, they are deep and mellow sounding. No raspiness at all.

My only complaint is that they aren't that loud, but that is what I like!

Oh, they are way deeper than stock. It's like the difference between listening to an ipod vs. a home theater. Putting the flows on makes you feel like somebody finally turned the subwoofer on.

I've got a bassani x-pipe and high flow cats. I started with no cats and stock mufflers but it was way to raspy/trumpety. Put the hi flows on and it wasn't what I was looking for. Put the flowmasters on and it sounds great now. Has a nice low rumble with no drone.
Have no idea what performance it brought, but I wasn't looking for that as much as sound.

Did the H-pipe make much difference in sound, I installed the flows on my car yesterday and I like the sound, but I used to have a 02 GT with the SLP Loudmouths and X-pipe as well as a 91 that had 3 chamber flows with SVO off-road pipes. So even with the flows on my new car it still seems to be a bit quite.

At some point in the future, I'm thinking about getting a set of long tubes along with an aftermarket H-pipe and I'm hoping the new H pipe will let more sound through.

Stingers do sound great IMO, just beware of drone.

Duh, they're louder than stock mufflers. I agree the Stingers sound great although people's biggest complaint is the drone.

Yes the O/R H makes a huge difference. I don't have any vids with just the flowmasters but I can tell you switching to the O/R H greatly increases they're sound.

Quiet from the inside or outside? Remember the mufflers aren't under the passenger seat anymore.

I've owned Flows... switched to Stingers... and now I'm back to Flows. Stingers were a little deeper, not neccesarily louder, but with insane drone. Flows definitely sound way better than stock, and most definitely not rice. I must say that the Stingers look better, but the Flows sound better.

I think they sound great! I really love their tone. The only thing I wish is for them to be a bit louder.

I've heard Flow ATs on many new Stangs, IRL and in video.

Stingers, Corsas, GTAs all sound better.

I have the stingers and I like em. The drone isn't that bad. People on these forums always complained about it and I had no idea what they were talking about, since i've never really been around modded stangs. So I was kinda nervous.

But after putting em on, I love em. Sounds brutal and the drone isn't that bad. And I have a 60 mile commute in stop and go traffic.
