A friend of mine worked with some of the testing that will be in an upcoming Mustang magazine article on CAI. (sorry, I've been sworn to secrecy on details).

He may have a discounted price for me on Tunable Induction's prototype CAI for my 05 GT. I believe the guy's name is John Demolet that runs the company. Apparently his kit did very well with the 03 Cobras.

I was just looking for feedback from anyone that has dealt with any of their products in the past. In the test I mentioned above, that will be out in a month or so, the Tunable Induction model was near the top in performance, was one of the best looking, and got good marks for durability and ease of installation. Like I said, it was not the top performer, but it was only a few RWHP behind. Also, the owner who lended his car for the comparo chose this model, for whatever that's worth.

One other note from the test which I'm not exactly sure how much concern it should generate is the following - the CAI did not have a heat shield and it had a close-ended filter. Please let me know if you think these are concerns, as I'm new to the whole mod thing.

Thx in advance

I'm thinking Densecharger, they're a great company. Try it!

I think if anyone is to come out with another CAI, it better top all the previous hp numbers. I don't know anything about this particular system, besides what I could find on a google search. All I could find is a Cobra setup. You would think that a system lke Densecharger would have an open ended filter, unless it's a different configuration. I'm assuming it's similiar and routed to the outside somewhere to bring in the cold air. If it is like this, it'll need to put out better numbers than the WMS CAI and should have all the tuning pre-arranged for Diablo/SCT. Just my opinion!
