All in all a 281CU V8 with bolt on's making that kind of time - that's got to be one of the best out there.....where were the F-bodies (350CU) running with just bolt on's?

the video for that pass is AWESOME. he sounds like he is launching @3000rpm. must not be the stock clutch.

 

I was stoked when I saw that over on the corral (http://www.corral.net/forums/showthread.php?t=623993) since JPC is only about 30 minutes away from me. I'm hoping they do some SCT work in the near future, but if not, I may end up with Diablo...

Rats! I guess this goes to show that it takes money to get there first! I, of course, am replacing the clutch AFTER realizing it won't hold up. That car looks tough launching though! I love how it rips when launching! I can't get enough of this stuff!

I think you already have more mods than this car with the exception of the drag radials, unless you're talking about forced induction. The guy is one heck of a driver too.

 

The clutch and drag radial's are next! 169Stang is installing a Ram clutch, I want to see how he likes it. If it's all good I'm ordering one up. I'm hoping a beefier clutch will help my launching.... :bang: That is one heck of a pilot in that car.

After clutch and tire's, I will turn to headwork, cams, and flat top forged pistons...I'll get to 11's one way or another...

Man I might almost shed a tear for those arrogant F-body owners since they dont having anything to new to fall back on, but its nice to see Ford back in the race, to bad its a day late and a dollar short. (well not really a dollar short, just a day late).

 

10.99 at 119 that's some driving right there to get in the 10 with a mph that low!
