exhaust system w/o stamped names on the tips
okay... I want to go aftermarket exhaust. What is out there WITHOUT an engraved name of the exhaust manufactures on the tips. I HATE that... Im paying hundreds of dollers for their system and I have no choice but to advertise for them.. I want a loud system too. Im gonna run the stock cats..
Thanks!!

The GTA's aren't loud. I just took off my Borla's and put the GTA's back on and my car has lost it's muscle car sound completely.

Pypes makes an OR-H that's not very expensive. Your best bet is to look for a used one that was made with their 2 piece design. I don't have any experience w/ any others so I'll let others chime in.
I'm just suggesting this as a way to get that extra bump in sound and performance. Search around and there are TONS of threads with people switching exhausts trying to find the perfect set up, or one w/out drone, etc. The stock muffs actually have great sound and no drone w/ the OR-H.
Oh, and welcome to the Mustang world.

I know you are selling your car Rich but put on longtubes with those GTA's and your opinion will change a bunch. Check it out with CaliHPaddict. It's nasty loud.
Those were my GTA's that he put on for the video. It all depends on what kind of a combo you run on how it will sound. I loved the sound of my car and thought is was perfect with the shorty headers, X pipe and Borla's.
I'm running SLP Loudmouths with an otherwise stock exhaust system. It isn't too bad while driving the car, but I always get compliments/complaints from people about it. I can hear myself think and have a conversation while driving "normally."
I don't notice any kind of a drone while cruising at posted speed limits, 20, 30, 45, 65, 70 etc. There are some speeds where it does drone, I just stay away from them and I don't try to load the engine up too much.
For what they are they are in my opinion overpriced and someone could build a set for less money, I was thinking a 2 piece design with stainless tips similar to the 5.0 cars.

I have Pypes Violators and the script on the tips is barely visible. You'd have to stand right at the bumper and look down to see the script. On the road, all you see are 4" stainless tips blaring out a sweet melody.
