16mpg. I have under 500 miles so far and most of that has been in traffic.

I'm getting around 16 in my manual GT with about 950 miles on it. It's mostly short trips in town.

Heck, my Taurus gets about 19-21 so this won't be too big of a deal for me.

Currently I'm averaging about 17 in town. Spent two days last week going back and forth to Dallas and got a little over 320 miles to that tank. Wanted to see exactly how far it would go, but didn't want to get stranded. Anybody know how accurate the message center messages are, like the countdown from 50 Miles to E is? My luck it would read 50...48...44.....big fat ZERO!

When I'm not "stretching the motor's legs", the best MPG I've gotten so far on a 30 mile stretch of hgihway was 22 MPG. Not bad, considering the engine is still breaking itself in and the hard accelration I took to join the join the flow of traffic. B)
