Electric power air intake supercharger

I was searching on eBay and came across a "electric turbo power air intake supercharger kit" and was wondering if anybody has seen this or knows if it would actually work. If you guys don't mind look it up to see what you think.

The store on eBay is Engine Power Chip Superstore. They are selling for $199 plus shipping. It does make sense as too why it would work but what do I know.

Sorry, but I think it sounds like complete garbage. Any real forced induction would require a tune. If you're lookin' for 20-30+ HP gains like that thing claims, then your best bet is a well known tune/intake combo. That sounds a lot like that Tornado thing that's supposed to give you great fuel mileage, but now it increases HP too! If you have the money, then, by all means, get it...but I'd bet it's a complete waste of money.
