Yeah definitely not a good idea to keep it on your keyring. I was only going to until I had them where I want them. Luckily I purchased the remote adjusters for the rear. I'll just pull one off the rear and use it to adjust the fronts if need be.

It's got to be a common allen wrench size. I'll see it I can get a match with my allen set...

I'm back...3mm Allen wrench will do it.

DarkFireGT, can you post a picture of how you mounted the remote adjusters for the rear? I was considering them but hadn't pulled the trigger yet.

Haven't mounted them yet lol. Good thing since I need to keep one out to adjust the front until I'm content.

Just get a 3mm Allen wrench. Probably cheaper than a new "key" from Tokico.

That plain protection metal cap is for the rear shocks, the front struts come with the cap/red protector.

That's probably how I'll do my adjusters, too. I don't have the Shaker 1000, but I don't want to have to peel back the carpet to adjust the shocks.

I have the red things -- of course, the first adjustment the drivers' side went bye bye. I love the remotes in the rear. What settings are you all using?

You guys could go down to a local hardware store and get some vinyl pipe end covers. We use them all the time to keep debris out of stainless tubing during shipping. Will do a much better job staying on than the little red cap and you could even put it over the Tokico cap if you want.

All you need is a little allen wrench.

Well I got the replacement caps, and they are metal like the rears

No more flimsy red rubber cover like in tacobills pic.

And darn quick too! I called at the end of the business day Thursday, and they were here in my mailbox at noon Monday!

Good deal John!

Good to know that Tokico will send out replacement caps if the red ones fall off.
