if your right with 55m then i think BK is crazy in selling a 62mm. i really dont think this is a big difference and would give anymore hp. im i wrong?

That is correct... The stock TB is 55mm

There is a 27.1% difference in opening area from stock twin 55mm to BBK twin 62 mm.

Pretty big difference remember these are dual opening throttle bodies.
