Why? Just take it as is. I do. Unless there is a reason related to engin or suspension as a result of the mods (that they can prove), then they cannot refuse to service your car. I would not touch a thing.

I went the safe route. I put the stock box back on and returned the stock tune back to the car. Better safe than sorry right? This took me a total of about 10 mins.
I think it's worth the time it took. The dealer couldn't tell anything was ever done to the car.

I doubt they would even plug into the diagnostics of the computer for the gas tank problem or the strut noise.

P.S.
Mine is in getting the gas tank replaced today too. Finally be able to fill her up correctly!

Mine has been back to the dealer twice with no HC trap. Honestly, I don't think they care too much. Ford pays them for the warranty work anyways. They don't loose any money.

I have never taken any of my mods off when the car has gone in for warranty work. They look at the parts and think they are cool

Probably being way too conservative - but given my local dealer - I'd go back to stock B4 taking it in - especially since it's so easy.

It is best to reflash to stock just in case the dealer flashes your CPU with a newer version of the stock program. You will not be able to save the new version in your predator as the old stock version is still in it. The predator manual advises you to return to stock before going in for service.
