I really like what you've done with your engine compartment! Shame on you for not posting more pics!

I'm interested in some LED's for my engine bay, but not for the bling effect. I'd like to get some lighting for ease of maintenance.

I really like the custom pieces. Especially the brake resivour!

That's for sure, even without a built motor, Thump has got to be one of the top 5 invested owners of an S197 that I know!

Hell, you must have a great hook-up on the Steeda parts then, because they are not inexpensive by any means!

Even with those guys, I still rate you right along side of them.

With what they have surpassed you in dollars spent, you make up for it with knowledge shared!

169stang doesn't count in my book! He's in a league of his own! He's building up his next motor now, right?

Thanks Nick,

Unfortunately I have paid close to retail for most of my parts.
There's not much savings to be had by the time the parts are brought in to Canada considering brokerage etc.
I do get a bit of a discount on all my parts bought locally but so would anyone who bought that much stuff.

I can't count how much I've spent on the 'stang.
I got most of the parts used or abused. And I made alot of the parts my self.
I miss the days when EBAY had a used prts section. I wish I could fogure out how to get just used items on my ebay again1

Ah......why do we dwell on the cost associated with having fun. I thing I would have a aneurism if I put a calculator to work on this one!

I would NEVER pull out a caculator and start adding up the cost of mods, I don't want to know! I might hurt my feelings if I know how much I have actually spent on this car.
