I am looking into buying a Diablsport Predator. I found it on a few sites for 399.99, is that a good price? Also, when I sell the car eventually can I sell the tuner to another person? How do you know if the tuner you buy is the current version?? I usually de-mod my cars before I sell them, so I was just wondering.

you can install the factory tune back into the car then sell the predator for use on a nother vehicle, as it is locked to whatever car the performance tune is first loaded in, until the stock tune is put back in that same car


all of the diablosport tuners shouljd be the current version, i wouldnt think anyone would still have a beta tuner laying around, i had to beg to get mine

I saw the PC interface kit listed somewhere for $32.00. The serial cable is only worth about $5.00 but that 1A A/C adapter is at least $15

 

I also ordered one this afternoon for $319 with Express shipping.
I'm going to try and cancel it first thing in the morning and go with
Concours Direct. I've already got loads of serial cables but $5 for
the A/C adapter is worth trying for.

I know this guy who is working directly with Diablo and is selling them for $399. He wrote the program and is continueously updating the programs. He is currently on his 5th update. Diablo will be at his shop tomorrow because he wants to change the program again to better the shifting points on the automatics. If you want his info, just pm me.
