Just instilled the 93 octane tune. Does that tune take the wide open throttle out.

 

What do you mean takeout the wide open throttle? Are you talking about top speed limiter? That is a more likely a different setting than what comes with your 93 tune. You can update that setting in the programmer and kept your 93 tune. Good luck.
