Anyone have trouble getting help through their tech support line? Twice I've been on hold >15 minutes before giving up. Email sent through their web form has gone unanswered as well.

Question: I'm not sure but my r21 Diablosport (U7140)/C&L tune combo, which ran like gangbusters, appears to be behaving like an earlier tune revision with a 2nd gear "dead spot". I noticed it while testing the car over the weekend in WOT mode, and it happened again today. This problem started appearing after I installed the MAC axle back exhaust. This should NOT affect anything on the intake side, as MAC claims the exhaust throughput is no different than stock, but I certainly perceive a bit of hesitation in second gear under strong load. It just wasn't there before installing the new exhaust.

Anybody else notice this issue, either with exhaust alone, or with a CAI combo?

maybe you have more power up top and the bottem end seems slower!
