DeMolet TI + Bamachips Tune = OMFG!

I purchased a DeMolet Tunable Induction from a member of this forum off eBay and UPS delivered it today. The thing looks brand new. I installed it on my 2008 GT in about 10 minutes, loaded Doug's 87 octane performance tune and took the car for a spin. All I can say is, "WOW!" I cannot stop smiling. The intake and tune turned my nice, sane Mustang GT into an absolutely insane beast. I cannot beleive the difference. The throttle response is instantaneous and the shifts are unreal, burning rubber on both the 1-2 and 2-3 upshifts. This thing is crazy fun. I also have a 91 torque and 91 race tune for after I run the tank out of 87 octane. Can't wait to try the torque tune but I must say the prospect of the race tune has me a little bit scared. Yahoo!!! Thanks Doug!

I'll add some pics later today.

Good to hear. I find the 91 torque tune is my personal favorite, however have never tried the race tune. The performance tune is the easiest to cruise around town with IMO, the torque tune feels like it has a touchier throttle to me, but thats part of the fun.

I'm guessing you have an automatic? I was impressed with the auto in this car the way it came from the factory, added Dougs tunes and ****, it's awesome!

I've noticed some odd behavior with my CAI/tune installed and have a question for anyone with a CAI/tune. And before anyone jumps all over me I have sent this inquiry to Bamachips. I am awaiting their reply. As others have stated before - I am just performing due diligence to determine if this is an issue others have experienced and can provide some input into...

Since installing the CAI and tune I have noticed my radiator fan is running constantly. I never noticed this prior even on the hottest days in stop and go traffic. I thought it may have been due to how hard I drove the car the first couple of times but today, during a 55 mile leisurely highway commute in 45-50 degree weather, the fan ran continuously. The temperature gauge seems to be where it has always been, just under halfway between C and H. Has anyone seen this behavior before?

I know that you can adjust both the low and high speed fan with your tuner (at least if you have an Xcal) but I've never messed with it. Doug should get back with you soon, but you could go thru your tuner and check if it can be adjusted.
