Lightbulb

i have had my flowmasters on for a few months and lately I have noticed this horrible tiny sound to em, almost sounds ricerish, so i went back to where i bought em, the guy said he would replace em, when he called to order the new ones, the guy he for ordered from said, he had heard some other complaints about them..

Has anyone else heard anything like this?

I'll keep my ears open if I hear any changes in the sound, but thanks for the heads up though.....
