I was able to install my new Corsa's this weeksend and let me tell you I can't be happier with the results. The sound is awesome. It's way better than stock. They really let the V8 sing. I took some videos during the process to try and capture the sound, but as usual, the videos don't really do the mufflers any justice. You have to hear it in person to really appreciate it, but they do help to hear the difference from stock. I bought my mufflers from Livernois Motorsports for $585 which is definitely more than the other exhaust systems, but worth it in my book. Check 'em out and let me know what you think.

stock exhaust

no mufflers

Corsa mufflers

I included a clip with no mufflers because I was trying to see what the LMs would sound like. I don't know if the LMs sound the same as no mufflers at all, but I didn't like the sound. It was definitely too loud for me and my wife. The video doesn't do anything to capture the raw sound that it made with no mufflers. If the LMs sound anything like this, then I am even more happy with my purchase.

The Corsa's are definitely louder than stock and offer a more full sound than the stock exhaust. It gives more of a gravelly sound in the higher RPMs that I like and just overall sounds good. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I meant to take some pictures of the gorgeous tips, but didn't get a chance to before I lost the sunlight. I'll try to take some pics tomorrow and get them posted.

Not trying to start anything here, but I think the stock sounds better.

No worries. Everyone has their own opinion. As I said though, the camera doesn't pick up the sound very well. They sound much better in person. I couldn't be happier with the results.

Sounds good man. It's really hard to capture sound. I bet they sound great in person. How is the drone?

Honestly, how is the drone? My FRPP/Borlas drone pretty loudly around 1.5-2k RPM. I was expecting some drone, but this is worse than I expected.

I had the Borla/FRPP's first and then the Corsa's. There is no drone with the Corsa's at any load or RPM range. Pretty cool engineering to sound as good as they do when leaning on it but almost freakishly quiet at idle. It took some getting used to. I loved the aggressive sound of the Borla's but could not deal with the cruise drone.

The Corsa system is great. Good choice!

On a different note, everytime I see your car I wish I'd bought red. That color scheme rocks.

I am with you on the drone. I just have to work a little harder to get out of that RPM range. But overall I love the Sound of the FRPP/Borla's.

I too have the Corsa's and they ROCK.
No drone - none! The sound is the best I've heard yet. Your sound clip does NOT do the sound justice, you must hear these in person. Build quality is top notch too.
Good choice, you'll be happy with them.

I've only driven the car once since installing the Corsa's and only to Home Depot, which is a short drive. So, I haven't had a chance to listen for drone yet, but as others have said, the Corsa's were specifically designed for no drone. That was a large part of what sold me on the mufflers. I didn't like the stock drone and had heard that Corsa's sound "like a mustang is supposed to sound". So, once I had the money, I jumped on it.

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one who loves these Corsa's. They definitely need to lower the price, though. They would sell alot better if they were more competitive with the other systems.

Those tips are wicked

Now the only thing that's keeping me from ordering them is time
I'm in school all day long so I don't always have time to call www.autopartswarehouse.com
I'll just have to wait till Saturday.

You guys with corsa sure made the right decision.
Theyr'e the only exhaust in my opinion that sound mean, agrresive, & unique.

Major respect for you guys. :worship:

Be scared if I heard you guys coming down the street.
