Love the sound. If you are looking for loud they are the way to go. Inside the car they are not that loud. Highway speeds they sound awsome when you feed it a little throttle.

Had them on my 05 gt for almost a year. Still love them, they look great and sound bad azz. They don't muffle the sound or make it sound deep, just lets the true engine sound out. To me they sound incredible.

They are loud but manageable and do not drone once your up to speed generally. On the freeway I don't even hear them unless I floor it.

I'd rate them A+ all around, however I think they are over priced, your basically just buying very nice tips and the small section of madrel bent tubing.

got mine for $124.00 at lmperformance.com but have heard they raised the price. Maybe E-bay might be a good source.

They are great if you want a loud sounding car and don't wanna spend a lotta money. Only one complaint; they drone bad betewwn 1800-2200 RPM.

Just put mine on today. I was a little nervous because of s ome of the things I have read, "TOO LOUD, TO MUCH DRONE, WIFE MADE ME TAKE THEM OFF. " So when I fired her up for the first time I was expecting the neighbors to come running out of there houses. No one came out but let me tell you these things sound great. Now she sounds like a mustang should. And the wife she loves them!

So, the consensus is no drone at all at highway speeds? Is this absolutely correct?

I only experiance mild drone when putting a load on it (accelerating up a hill) or flooring it at around 2-2200 rpm. On the freeway I don't even notice them.

And no they are not so loud anyone should complain. Not nearly as loud as those v-twins I hear romping by every minute or so and I don't see the cops hassling them. I'm sure they are most probably louder at WOT than the law allows but it's kinda discretionary.

I have Bassani but I have heard the loudmouths. For the price I would recommend the loudmouths. They're obnoxious loud with great tone. You'll love em.

DO IT!!! The drone is only when you are in too low a gear and accelerating. Once you hit the speed you are cruising at, no drone. I bought them before I had the car and no regrets! In fact, I convinced a few people this weekend who never heard them to buy them!

Check my muffler delete post. I did a side by side against SLP & mine sounded better. I think it is my 4" tip Vs their 3.5".

Either way it is the only way to go.
