Steeda uses Brembo brakes, Brembo will be coming out with a kit soon as well. Stoptech's kit is about 2k give or take a couple hundred depending on your options.

I'm waiting to see if Wilwood comes out with a competitively priced kit, if they produce a good one under Stoptech's price I'll probably go with that. Brembo's will most likely be too expensive to be worth it.

Here's the info from Stoptech's website (no link because they use CGI):
StopTech front wheel Big Brake Upgrade for the 2005 Ford Mustang. The kit includes ST-40 4-piston front calipers painted red, black, or silver, 7075-T6 billet aluminum caliper mounting brackets, 355x32mm slotted, floating, front AeroRotors, 7075-T6 billet aluminum AeroHats with directional standoffs, StopTech SS (DOT compliant) front brake lines, and Axxis Ultimate front brake pads. Requires 18 inch or larger wheels, however not all 18 inch wheels will fit. Please check the wheel fitment chart for your car. Options: Drilled rotors - $100 per pair; Yellow or blue paint - $200 per pair of calipers and 30 day lead time.

$2195.00 - Item No. 83-330-4700

I spoke to Baer and they are supposed to release an eradispeed rotor kit withing the next month. It only includes the rotors but only costs about $1100 for their Eradispeed +2 (14" rotors) I didn't ask for pricing on complete brake systems.

B) Porterfields R4-S compound are some of the best I've used. They make pads for several major racing distributors who rebadge them.

Porterfield just completed testing and released Pads for the 05; no part numner yet, just calling tehm 05 Mustang Pads Pricy but great pads (Front-$179, Rear-$119).
