haha convinced my mom to get me a early present


so im looking at the JLTair intake and tune...... but why is it so cheap.... any other website just to get the intake is around 200-220 and witht he tune an intake its $554.... is it just the really good price at brenspeed?

and after reading a very interesting article and jlt having the most performance boost... is it still the best one to choose?

 

I got the JLTII with the SCT Xcal2 from Bama. Best investment I have made for th car besides the car itself.

 

Wow, your mom buys you a Mustang GT simply because you want one and now she's going to mod it for you. Sounds like to me that your mom spoils you rotten. I would demand a supercharger and lock yourself in your bedroom until you get it. From the sounds of things you won't have a problem. Seriously, I would just have her buy you a Kenne Bell, Full Stainless Works exhaust, FRPP suspension, and a complete custom paint job. Just cry and pout if she puts up a fight.

 

I've got the JLT2, and it's great. I think the reason that it's much cheaper than the other intakes is that it isn't flashy. The JLT gets the job done, but isn't polished, painted, chromed, etc., etc...

 

lol i talked to her about the supercharger but i get a new car in 3 years anyway (because its a lease)..... and i may move on to the new camaro if they if they dont come out with the bullit


and also i really dont want to kill myself... im still young and i would just like the little bit of the extra performance boost... and i do have a kick *** exhaust system

 

i thought that was it because looking at pictures it didnt look like the nicest one... but who cares the car itself is nice

Exactly. I don't go to shows, and I don't really care what my engine looks like, so why pay the extra $100-$200 for some bling I'm never going to see? As long as it's functional, it's good enough for me

Why do you even need the intake... judging by your street racing thread it sounds like you are already so much faster than everyone else... and you are a menace to the road... God forbid if your mommy buys you a supercharger... If that day comes, I am staying off the road... A 16 year old girl in my old highschool was given a new Mustang GT for her birthday... I saw her wrap it around a tree in the parking lot looking for a cd... How many tickets have u gotten so far... suprised you still have your licens.

 

And your like 16 right??? Why would you be modding out your car so much anyway if your just going to trade it in? Sounds like kind of a waste to me...
