Charge Motion delete plates?

I believe they're plates mounted beneath the intake manifold with the stock ones having butterflies controlled via a motor and the deletes have no butterflies. I remember reading the deletes come with superchargers like a Whipple. Supposedly on N/A they're good for around 5rwhp. Don't quote me on that though.
