How in the world do you get the new tranny fluid into the tranny! I looked and there is no possible way to get it in there. Need help!

Most of your Auto Part stores have a small pump that screws right onto a trans fluid bottle. I got mine at Checker and it works nice.

Wow, wish I had known this...I ran about 6' of clear tube up to the front of the car , insert a small funnel, and then carefully put 3.2 qts of synthetic fluid in the tranny, gravity fed of course, so I held the funnel up high. I will add, dont forget that on the V-8, the level is 1/2 inch below the edge of the fill hole. I made a little guage for this out of a piece of mild steel ( piece of a coat hanger will work fine). Hope this helps you!!!

no problemo......I will add this, go with the shortest/ most verticle route from funnel to fill hole, and push it deep in the hole and verticle. If you do it this way you will not spill a drop.

another question, i looked in the owners manual(which was no help) and they gave a picture of where you pour the fluid into. Well i got it up on a lift and there are, seems to be, a plug with on the side of the tranny, similar to the drain plug on the tranny, and also a black plug kinda angled on the top of the tranny. Which is the filler opening. Sorry to be so dumb, but the directions in the owners manual suck!
