Well thought I would let everyone know that I just visited CDC's site and they now have changed there shaker system from tbd to ships in 4-5 days. I cant wait till someone gets one of these. Please post pics if you get it. Man I bet things are going to get interesting with the shaker being released. Good luck to all.

Oh yah it looks like the steeda single pole strut tower brace will fit and also the supercharger looks quite nice. I sent an email in regard to tower braces, and this is what I recieved from CDC.

"We are finally shipping 2005 Shaker systems today! The Shaker that is pictured was a custom job we did to show what is possible. The Shaker will not be shipped in a configuration that will except a strut tower brace, the installer would need to make the necessary modifications to make the components work together.

We will have a picture of the components soon, but for now you can look at the installation instructions by clicking the "tech/install" option in the side bar on our website."

Contact us with additional questions.

Well it is better than the flat hood but $800.00 will by a heck of lot more go fast stuff, but if you want to stand out I guess this is one way to go.

Yah it is a looker thats for sure. Lots of people have been waiting on this item. Already spent my money on my exhaust system. now its just a tune and cai or this and a tune. I am not a serious racer, therefore dont need to spend lots of money on go fast stuff. Plus I want the driveability of a new car, not a vibrating beast. I understand why those that do want it. I am just not one of them. Good luck

Looks nice. I would like to have it just for the coolness factor, but don't see myself spending $795 for something I really don't need.

I.need.to.save.my.money...

I think I should get a 2nd and 3rd job... I'd love to see how to prevent stuff from getting pulled into the hood scoop with the supercharger running at full power.

It will be connected to the CAI filter box, so it won't have a true ram air effect anyway. Just an additional fresh air source.

Well if you look at the picture posted above, you'll see that the shaker is directly connected to the intake for the supercharger. With your plan of the Saleen unit, you won't have that issue as the Saleen doesn't have it's own CAI setup.

My brain defaulted to the Saleen; I wasn't even thinking about a centrifugal set-up. Hopefully, it won't s u c k a bird into the centrifugals. I plan on using my existing C&L CAI for the Saleen.

p.s. You can't use the word "s u c k" on this site... geez.
