Fidele - that's great that your got your tune and all is working well. I too have had good service from Brent - he has helped me with my JLT/DPG as well - stands behind his product and delivers what he says he will!!

Anybody with an auto GT try this combo? I'm particularly interested in the auto shift performance with the DTP tune. Is the torque management turned off? How about shift firmness?
I have been seriously considering the Alternative Auto SCT / C&L combo since they have such a good rep with the autos but I like the flexibility of the Predator compared to the SCT.
Thanks,
Doug

I just installed the JLT/DTP combo last night on my automatic. It was getting late, and the police were all over, so I couldn't test it to the fullest. And it's been raining here all day so far.
Have nothing but good things to say about Jay and Brent.

I'm glad to hear there are so many happy customers here.
One thing I must say to those using the MAC without a tune: "BE CAREFUL"
As the thread starter said he got a custom tune from Brent and needed it bad.
I don't know how MAC is sending these out without a tune or at the very least warning there customers of the dangers of running it with out one.
Anyway, glad your happy with Brent, Fman67 and the tune. And thanks to all the JLT/DTP customers out there. Big thumbs up!!

Just got back from DTP Racing. Took about an hour of Dyno time. Made a couple of runs and posted these numbers:
284rwhp and 310rwtq. Not bad for a very small investment (Bought the JLT CAI and SCT Xcal used)
While I was there, they just finished another 05. Long tube headers, prochambers and JBA axlebacks. Charge Motion plates, JLT and flash tuner. He posted 321rwhp! They took it for a test drive and found an 03' Cobra that wanted to play. First round they fell behind by two car lengths. Second round they were ready. stayed with it until they both had to shut down... no one pulled anyone. Pretty impressive.

Did you have to go to DTP to get the tune for your Mac CAI, or did you just tell him what you had, and he sent you a tune? If that's the case, can I tell him the specs of a custom CAI, and have him make me a tune? Thanks.

Just send Brent an email with all of the specs (Car and CAI) and I am sure he can give you either a "Yes" or a "No".

The 05 is very impressive and we should see some really good blower #'s too. I think the 03 Cobra guy was a little surprised as well! Have fun!
