Thumbs up Brenspeed recent purchase experience = A+

I wanted to let everyone know of my recent purchase experience with Brenspeed. I ordered a JLT2 CAI and XCal2 from Brenspeed recently. Phoned the order in and everyone was very nice and took down all the info.

I got my CAI installed and went to load the tune and got a FEPS error. Found out from the SCT webpage that this error means the Xcal2 is bad (factory defect). I sent Brenspeed an email on Saturday to let them know what happened and see how they wanted to proceed.

I got an email back on SUNDAY saying that Brent would be in touch with me on Monday. I got an email Monday asking me to call Brent ASAP so he could take care of the problem. And you know what he did? He overnighted a new Xcal2 to me that afternoon and paid to ship back the bad one.

Brent's customer service is absolutely the best and I would recommend him to everyone.

Good stuff to hear. Whenever I thik seriously about a CAI/Tune I will be heading to them. Lotsa good feedback.

Word of mouth goes along way... Some sites just dont see that.

His great service will continue also. I just ordered the Pypes H thru a sale he was having a day after the sale and still gave me the discount. And already emailed me my free update tunes for the pipe!

Amen, I've had similar experiences with them. I'll definitely order again in the future.

I just got a SCT from Brenspeed 2 weeks ago to replace my C&L Diablo tuner. I can say it certainly was an excellent upgrade and their tunes are great. They even gave me free shipping to Canada, well they only charged me an extra $10 fot ship it over the cost of the unit.

I had to prod a bit to get it ordered up but I think there was only some minor issues with the order process because I had to do it over the phone so there was some delay as they waited for a CAI to show up that i didn't order.

+1000 for Brents customer service. Back in Dec. 05' when I installed my xcal/jlt the car had a minor problem (Installed at 8pm) with going into limp mode, and the next morning at 6:30am (pacific time) I got a call from Brent with the information on how to fix it.

He has great prices and great customer service, and like others I wish that he was a lot closer!!

Brent is the best. If only all shops were like him.

The C&L/ 93 tune combo from him is a beast. Only thing I had him do was turn down the throttle response for me a bit as in first gear it was just too jumpy at times.

But it is still amazing compared to stock!!
