where can i get either of these for the lowest price since there all the same?

Ford Racing goes for around $390 or less, depending on where you shop. I got mine at a local Ford Racing dealership about 3 days after I ordered them.

The good thing about the Ford Racing exhaust is that you should be able to get them fairly quick. All the Borla kits are gone.

I got mine off ebay from Down's Ford which happens to be one of largest Ford Racing retailers. They were 369.00 with about 25.00 dollar shipping. Got them to me in 2 days.

If you want rolled tips, go Borla or Ford Racing. For now, Ford Racing is readily available for le$$... Borla is out of production & more money ($50+)
