Who's seen this K-member from BMR Fabrication? Drop another 20lbs off the front end! And just when I thought I was almost done modding!

Mine has a smiley face! LOL
This thread is taking a turn! I should have posted it as "who's has signatures, or hearts on their oil pan.
The only thing we need now is some sort of post regarding the hurricane in LA, MS, AL.

Some people get skeptical with the mentality that they are coming out with too much too fast. Compared to other companies that have a wide range of product lines, BMR has an established LS1 and GTO market. They are spending a majority of their R&D time on the 05, which enables them to spit out more products that we all love! I've heard of when they had a concept and the testing and then production. They aren't just putting something together and then putting it on the market. I've been by their shop before and they all are really nice people. So everyone just get on the phone and ask for Jason at BMR. Just kidding!
I like their product!

When I talked with you earlier today I didn't put much thought into it but it looks killer. Looks as if it bolts to all of the factory places and retains the factory a-arms and strut assembly which usually doesn't happen unless the k-member is at least 4 bills. I thought QA1 would have one first but it looks like BMR stole the show on this one. I of course like their radiator support, and was the first mustang added to their customer's rides. If you guys have BMR parts and have an 05 mustang send them some picks and some track info and help us represent Ford on a primarily GM products mfg web page.
I keep forgetting to send over some pics to their website. Once I get that k-member on, I'll have to take some newer pics and send em over.
I'm used to the hijacking. It doesn't hurt as much anymore. This was no big deal. Now if someone started talking about some freakin throttle body spacer or a turbonator, I'd have to go ballistic!

comments and the jacking 169 . . . but they
started it
. No one will deny that BMR's product development cycle and resulting '05 parts are awesome and a boon to folks like you who are looking to reduce every ounce of weight and squeeze every bit of performance out of your '05 . . . I hope you get this K member soon so we can learn all about the installation intricacies and performance benefits.
Just as an aside . . . you never know how a jacked post will turn out . . . after all . . . you may end up getting a WMS Ram Air kit out of your most famous jacked post to date
, I know I did.
lol...no big deal at all on the off topic. It really doesn't bother me at all. It's inevitable for off topics to get started. The one that really was dumb was the driveshaft thread and that guy talking about the freaking hurricane. Sad as the hurricane situation is, it wasn't the right place for that topic. I could live with one post, but he just wouldn't stop.
I'm watching for the UPS guy. I'm half tempted to order that Nasa approved heat barrier so I'm ready when it arrives.

No sir, my wife drives it everyday-avg. 40 miles a day. There's about 20,000 miles on it now. That's been the fun part. Making it fast and it not being unbearable to drive daily. The only complaint from here was when I first put in the new clutch. It took her 2 or 3 days to get used to it. Other than that, no issues. I'd drive it everyday if it weren't for my work. I have to carry stuff around all the time! If the freakin dealership hadn't taken 3 weeks to get the syncro packs for that tranny TSB, she would have a new F-250. She was just ticked at Ford. Due time, due time! It might eventually become strictly a race car. Not sure yet.
This is all stuff I'll ask BMR about, and I'm a newb, but:
Does it have mounting points that can be changed to provide for correct control arm alignment at different ride heights?Does it provide for an increase in wheelbase? Can it be used with springs in the stock position, or does it require front coilovers?
Leaving the coolness of the weight reduction aside, what I'm excited about is being able to drop my GT without worrying about control arm camber, bumpsteer kits and so forth.
